Introduction
MyTeaMap ("we", "the platform") operates the myteamap.com website and the MyTeaMap mobile app, providing a digitised map of ancient tea trees and tea regions, along with related commerce services (Tours, Guides, garden-fresh Products). By accessing or using the platform, you agree to comply with the terms below.
Operating model
MyTeaMap is a marketplace platform connecting Tea Tree/Region Owners, Guides, and Shops ("Partners") with Customers. We do not own, cultivate or directly provide any tea tree, product, tour or guiding service — responsibility for quality, accuracy and fulfilment lies with the relevant Partner.
User accounts
Some features (purchases, booking tours/guides, reviews, partner registration) require signing in. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account.
Orders, payments & commission
When you order a product, Tour or Guide, the order is processed directly between you and the relevant Partner. MyTeaMap charges a commission on each successful transaction to the Partner, and does not charge Customers directly beyond the displayed order value.
Partners (Owner/Guide/Shop)
To become a Partner, you must submit a registration and be reviewed and approved by MyTeaMap. Once approved, you may self-manage part of your own data (listing, products, services, orders) within the scope granted, and you are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide.
Content & reviews
Users may post reviews and images about tea trees/regions, products, or experiences. You commit that any content you post is truthful and does not infringe the law or the rights of any third party. MyTeaMap reserves the right to remove content that violates these terms.
Limitation of liability
MyTeaMap strives to keep information on the platform accurate but does not guarantee it absolutely. We are not liable for damages arising from transactions between Customers and Partners, or from use of platform information beyond our reasonable control.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version is always posted on this page along with the update date.
