What this policy covers

We collect the following kinds of data to run the platform and give you a better experience:
Account details
Name, email, phone number (when you sign up or log in via ESG Auth).
Transaction details
Orders, tour/guide bookings, payment history.
Content you create
Reviews, photos, partner or investment applications.
Location data
Only when you allow the app to use your location to show nearby tea trees and regions.
Technical data
Device type, access logs, push notification tokens.
We use data to operate the platform: authenticating accounts, processing orders/tour bookings, showing relevant maps and content, sending notifications related to orders or system updates, and improving service quality.
We do not sell personal data to third parties. Data necessary for a transaction (e.g. name, contact details when booking a Tour/Guide) is shared with the relevant Partner to fulfil the order. Data may also be processed by infrastructure providers (cloud storage, payment gateways) under corresponding confidentiality agreements.
Data is stored on access-controlled server infrastructure (PostgreSQL), and files/images are stored on AWS S3 in a private bucket, accessible only via time-limited signed URLs (presigned URLs). Account authentication uses ESG Auth (OIDC standard) — we never store your password in plain text.
You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us via the Contact page or directly within the app's account settings.
We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version is always posted on this page along with the update date.
